Any statements made by Cruiser Cult in any Product specification are not binding statements about the suitability of Products for a particular application. It is the customer’s responsibility to validate that a particular Product with the properties described in the Product specifications is suitable for use in a particular application. Product specifications may vary in different applications and performance may vary over time. All operating parameters, including typical parameters, must be validated for each customer application by the customer’s technical experts. Use of the Products may invalidate your vehicle manufacturer warranties. Under no circumstances will Cruiser Cult be liable for the voidance of your vehicle manufacturer’s warranty.
The use of the Products may cause your vehicle to no longer comply with federal or state emissions standards. It may be illegal to tamper with your vehicle’s systems and you assume all risk with any modifications to your vehicle’s emissions and Cruiser Cult shall not be responsible for any criminal or civil liability which you may incur as a result of your use of the Products.
Always operate your vehicle in a safe manner in compliance with all laws.
IMPROPER USE OF PRODUCTS COULD RESULT IN PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH. CUSTOMERS USING OR RESELLING PRODUCTS VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THE RISK OF DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE CAUSED OR SUSTAINED WHILE USING OR SELLING PRODUCTS, WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT OF CRUISER CULT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTION FROM WHATEVER CAUSE.
No license, express or implied, by estoppel or otherwise, to any intellectual property rights is granted by this document or by any conduct of Cruiser Cult. Product names and markings noted herein may be trademarks of their respective owners, including Cruiser Cult, whether or not such trademarks have been registered.
