Business Policies

Shipping: Most domestic orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed. International orders will ship within one week from the date the order is placed.

Returns: All returns must be within 30 days of receipt of the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must request a return by emailing us at thecruisercult@gmail.com. In your email include your name, order date, order number (if applicable), description of the items you would like to return and the reason for return. Some items are nonreturnable/ refundable. At this time, sticker orders are non-refundable.

Refunds: After receiving your returned product we will inspect it to ensure that it is in a resalable condition and in its original packaging. At that time, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund of the returned product. If approved, the credit for the returned product will be applied to your original method of payment only. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on any returns. No shipping costs are refundable.

Sales: Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded. Sale items are not refundable.

Warranty: We will warranty items for 30 days if defective or damaged and will exchange for the same item once the defective or damaged items are returned to us. Email us for the return address.

Shipping costs for Returns: You will be responsible for all shipping costs for any returns and any shipping costs for any replacement products.
